These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Billing Terms”) govern your use of the billing services (“Services”) provided by Bluetut. By subscribing to or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Billing Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Services.


1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for our Services:

Cash, checks, or money orders are not accepted.


2. Billing Cycle

The billing cycle for our Services begins on the subscription start date and continues until the subscription is canceled or the account is terminated. For subscription-based Services, the billing cycle automatically renews on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on your chosen plan.


3. Billing Statements

A billing statement is issued monthly and includes:

  • Charges for the current billing cycle
  • Outstanding balances, if any
  • Applicable taxes and fees

Statements are accessible through your online account or sent to the registered email address.


4. Payment Due Date

Payments must be made by the due date indicated on your billing statement. Late or missed payments may result in account suspension or termination.


5. Late Payments

If payment is not received by the due date:

  • A late fee of $10 may apply.
  • Additional interest or fees may be charged on overdue balances as permitted by applicable laws.

6. Credit Card Authorization

By providing credit card information, you authorize Bluetut to:

  • Charge your credit card for all fees associated with the Services.
  • Automatically charge late fees or interest, if applicable.

7. Billing Disputes

If you identify an error in your billing statement:

  • Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of the statement date.
  • Failure to dispute the charge within this period waives your right to contest the billing issue.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Non-compliance with these Billing Terms
  • Non-payment

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the Services. Outstanding fees remain due and payable.


9. Changes to Billing Terms

Bluetut reserves the right to update or modify these Billing Terms. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.


10. Severability

If any provision of these Billing Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain fully enforceable.


11. Entire Agreement

These Billing Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Bluetut regarding billing and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
