How to Initiate a Return

- Any relevant details to expedite the process
- Return Authorization:
Once authorized, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. - Prepare Your Package:
- Ensure all items are securely packaged.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package.
Note: We are not liable for damage incurred during return shipping. We recommend using secure and insured shipping methods.
Eligibility for Refunds

- All original packaging and accessories must be included.

Shipping Fees
- Non-refundable: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective items.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
